Do I pay instantly or are my relevant chats charged to me in a monthly bill?

You will receive an invoice monthly (for any relevant chats that occurred in that billing period), and it will be automatically charged to the card on file. You will need to supply a credit card when you sign up, for this reason. Billing is easy and automatic, and you can see your payments in your Chat dashboard anytime. Your monthly bill is also emailed to you.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, there are no cancellation fees. We do ask, if you want to cancel, please allow 7 days' notice.
